Our automatic capsule filling machine is a pharmaceutical equipment that integrates mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems. It uses a microcomputer programmable controller and touch panel operation, supports variable frequency speed regulation, and is equipped with an electronic automatic counting device, suitable for capsule specifications from 0 # to 4 #. The Furis Compy capsule filling machine achieves fully automated operation of capsule separation, filling, and locking through modular design. It has an integrated structure of a built-in filling seat and a measuring disk, combined with a three-dimensional adjustment mechanism to effectively solve the problem of powder leakage.

1. Independently developed and improved the internal design of the mold turntable, and adopted original Japanese linear bearings, which have higher accuracy and longer service life than peer equipment.

2. Compared to our peers, we have added a pressure atomizing oil pump to the design of the cam's downward placement, which maintains lubrication in the cam groove, greatly reduces wear, and extends the service life of the components.
