Electronic counters can be divided into three categories by function.
① common counter: measurable frequency, cycle, multi-cycle averaging, time interval, frequency ratio and total.
② frequency counter: specifically for measuring high frequency and microwave frequency counter.
③Calculation counter: A counter with calculation function, can carry on math operation, can use the program control to carry on measurement calculation and the display and so on all working processes.
④ microwave counter: a general-purpose counter and frequency counter with frequency expansion device consisting of microwave frequency meter. Its frequency measurement cap has entered the millimeter wave band, there are manual, semi-automatic, fully automatic 3 categories. Serialized microwave counters are an important aspect of the development of electronic counters.
