The capsules in the holes are sent to each working station along with the intermittent rotation of the turn table.
At the 1st & 2nd station, the vacuum system separates the capsules in position.
At 3rd station, the lower segment with capsule body extends out ready for the filling.
4th station uses to fill pellets.
At the 5th station, the tamping pins push the pressed powder slug into capsule body.
6th station to re-joint cap & body segments.
At 7th station non-separated capsule get eject.
At 8th station vertical pins pushing body of capsule into the cap for re-join and close the filled capsules.
The 9th station is to eject the finished capsules.
At the 10th station the holes of segments are cleaned by vacuum cleaner and compressed air. Then the segments are ready for next cycle of operation.
Capsule hopper with level sensor
A capsule hopper may have two level sensors. That is, one for low level while the other for high level sensing.Depending on the level of capsules, the machine will automatically begin loading empty capsules into the capsule filler hopper. Alternatively, it may shut off the automatic encapsulator in case the capsule hopper remains empty.A hopper may have a gate to regulate the amount of capsules that go to the filling unit.
Capsule feeding unit
Quite a number of capsule feeding units have a calibrated wheel that is in constant rotary motion. How to Maintain Automatic Capsule Filling Machine
1.The frequency of cleaning: Before production, after production the machine need to be cleaned and disinfected; It must be cleaned when changing varieties, specifications, batch numbers; Equipment must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after repair.
2.Detergents and disinfectants: Drinking water, purified water, 75% ethanol.
3.Cleaning method and disinfection method:
Cleaning method: First, brush the dust of the machine with a brush. Use a vacuum cleaner to suck the parts of the machine and the table top. Then, clean all parts (including powder punches, metering discs, powder hoppers, etc.) that have been folded off with alcohol, and wash the countertops with an alcohol rag. The upper and lower mold holes are cleaned with a small brush and alcohol. Finally, wipe the glass shield and equipment surface with purified water.
Disinfection method: After cleaning the equipment according to the standard operating procedures of the equipment, the equipment components should be installed. Wipe twice with a rag, 75% ethanol or 3% hydrogen peroxide. 75% alcohol and 3% hydrogen peroxide should be used interchangeably during the disinfection process and replaced once a week. If disinfected with hydrogen peroxide, disinfect with clean water twice.
